Chan Legacy

Sunday evening, family dinner time, we decided to do something different this week.  Daddy drove all of us into Malaysia, with the purpose of having seafood dinner at this kelong near Perling.

Since we were early, we drove around Tun Aminah town.  Then we came across this really nicely done up building.  It was a cafe called “Old Town Coffee”, abit like our Yakun and Killiney Kopitiam.  But if you recall, Old Town Coffee is really famous!  You can find their coffeemix packets in our supermarkets.  Old Town Coffee is from Ipoh and is famous for their white coffee.

So we stopped to have a little pre-dinner snack. And omigosh!!  Their coffee is really yummy! Their thick toast bread too!  Half butter, half kaya.  Their thin bread is quite like ya kun, so I would say don’t bother to try.  But do try their thick toast…well, that is provided you can find them! kekekeke
