Gave up on my past high chairs. Sold my Aprica “high chair cum bed”, sold my Ikea antilop. Both couldn’t really “fit” into my dining table. They couldnt be flushed against the table, due to height differences.
Custom made 2 teak high chair, without buckle type, but she will only be able to sit by herself on this chair when she is much much older. So suddenly, I have no idea where I am going to put Lizzie for some “table time”. I bought this “sack n seat” from robinsons to try… not too bad, but cos Liz can’t sit properly yet, so after a short while, she bends over at the waist. Hmm… not a great position for feeding isn’t it?
So back to the infant car seat. Not sure how long it will last, since she is slipping out of it each time she struggles.
Sam recommended a new one from ikea, foldable one, not so “chor tang”. But I still have to go measure the height, hopefully it fits my table. BUT Daddy is going to make lots of noise…. hee hee.

I think I should get this for when we go out on Sundays to foodcourt . I’m forever trying to find a highchair…and I can’t eat if I’m holding the baby, and I certainly can’t share food with him properly.
Yos! Have u tried the stokke high chair? I just got it. Can flush against my dining table and can be used from age 0 to adulthood. In fact, I’m sitting on it these days
Stokke high chair? quite ex right? hiaz, don’t really want to add another furniture to my place.
But first, still have to measure my table. it is not just about the height, the table top is not flat type, there is a certain drop down, and that sometimes prevent the chair from being pushed further in.
