Finally we found a good swimming teacher that can bring Donald beyond his current stagnation!

He is Uncle Penguin.

He was teaching other children in our condo pool, so we decided to engage him.  He looks quite old, so initially I was worried that it wouldn’t work out, but when I observe how he engages the kids, I was amused and amazed!  I never saw Donald laughed so much for a swimming lesson before!

Simple things like “hi-5″, he would have SUCH exaggerated reactions that just tickles the kids to want to play more with him.

Donald had been with him about 3mths + now, he had progressed from someone who fears water to someone who can submerged himself, blow bubbles and kick some distance, all voluntarily!  He is no top notch swimmer, can’t dive, doesn’t want to wear goggles yet, and nor is he ready for  bronze/silver/gold swim test, but to see the confidence exuberating out of him is just sooo wonderful!
