Donald is in K2 now. So for the whole year, everyone of them will be taking turns to go on stage, to lead the school in reciting the pledge, either in Mandarin or English, or to hold the flag.
Today, it is Donald’s turn. And it is for the Mandarin Pledge.
I practiced with him at home a lot, but he kept forgetting one part. So I was quite worried.
But on stage, he was calm and composed, and he did not forget any part. He did the whole pledge so well, pronouncing the words so well! Good job Donald!
