Post Partum Hair Loss Episode 3

I Survived Confinement!

Yeah! Confinement is almost over!  By right it should be 1 month, or even 40 days.  But today since we celebrated the full month of the baby, so I ceremoniously also took my 1st shower and washed my hair with herbal water…

2 Wks Postpartum

This is me, after 2 wks.  I gained 25kg during my pregnancy.  I dropped 9 kg as of now, and weigh around 65kg.  Just started urut (massage), the binding really helps to flatten the tummy.  I hope I will plateau around 56-60kg, ideal BMI range.  God! Please help!  I don’t want to be 49kg again!

Breastfeeding Made Easy!

Welcome Elizabeth Chan!

FINALLY! FINALLY! I survived the 9 months!  The ordeal is finally over!
Welcome Elizabeth Chan Chien Wen 陈芊文, born in the early morning of 15th December 2008, weighing 3.05kg, 50cm, head circumference 33cm.  She was 36wks and 6 days.  Agpar score was 9 and then 10 after 5 min.

Lobster Claw

Donald was delivered through natural birth, with epidural.  Daddy stayed with me, until Dr Chin had to use the forceps.  Seeing the color on Daddy’s face, Dr Chin suggested that he leave the room.
